Health Is Real Wealth

Because my body is still relatively young and generally free from illness, I often talk about health being a blessing, but I haven’t truly understood how profound that meaning is.

Until recently, when I accompanied family members to the hospital, the place was absolutely packed with people. Seeing so many patients suffering from various illnesses – their demeanor and expressions – I realized that in a hospital, nothing is more important than health.

Why

I’ve been thinking, why since childhood has my understanding of health only been superficial? Why has maintaining a good routine and regular diet become such a difficult thing to achieve today?

  • Lack of common knowledge about health maintenance
  • Lack of importance placed on it leading to indulgence
  • Various temptations in life, work pressure
  • And so on

In short, many factors can lead to poor health.

What to Do

So, what should we do to stay healthy?

  1. Establish good lifestyle habits
  2. Arrange reasonable work and rest schedules
  3. Maintain a balanced diet, eat more fruits and vegetables
  4. Exercise moderately to stay energetic
  5. Maintain a positive mindset and optimism … and so on

  • No need to go to the hospital
  • No need to spend extra money
  • Full of energy to do more things
  • Foundation for creating wealth
